Poison Ivy doubles as Dr. Pamela Isley, a biochemist and botanist. Once exposed to ancient Egyptian herbs, Ivy was born, giving Isley a poisonous toxin and power over plant life. All of these elements inspired the products as to tell her story while providing a piece of her power to a regular consumer.
Sketches

All throughout the design process, I wanted to craft a naturalistic but classic feel centered around the Ivy character and plant. The final name Ivy League Greens also connects personally to my being from New England, allowing a story to arise for the brand still embodying the character yet connecting to me.
Ivy League Greens is Poison Ivy's own brand, referencing DC's Justice League with whom Ivy appears in the comics, premiering in 1966. The products are fueled by the Dr. Isley's un-shrouded research for Poison Labs, the products in their own way promoting heroic devotion to sustainability and quality home cultivation as Poison Ivy seeks to rebrand as a villain-turned-home-garden-hero.
